Location note:
We're primarily looking for people based in Malta or willing to relocate. Some roles are open to remote work , these are marked below. CRM, sales, client-facing and operations roles are Malta-based.

About the role
You're a hands-on CRM and operations builder at Opman. Part of the job is client delivery; a large part is developing Opman's own backoffice and helping build the next generation of AI CRM, lifecycles, campaigns, data, automation, with AI generating content, variants and heavy lifting. Your job is strategy and execution: configure platforms, set the quality bar, review AI output, shape how we operate, and ship product that actually works in production. Account managers stay active with clients; you own the CRM craft, operational standards and the systems that scale the team. In iGaming, 'CRM' is broad. If you've run casino, VIP, sportsbook or retention teams and understand player lifecycles deeply, you can be a perfect fit even if your title wasn't CRM.
About the role
At Opman, AI generates content, builds segments and produces campaign variants. You're the quality and execution layer: review output, keep processes tight, and help work ship clean, across Opman product/backoffice and client delivery. This is for someone early-career who wants to learn fast across CRM ops, AI-assisted production and how a next-gen AI CRM is built, more hands-on experience in six months than most get in years. Background in CRM, ops, VIP support or casino/sports admin can all work; what matters is detail, reliability and hunger to learn.
About the role
You'll build and lead Opman's sales team. We sell CRM setup and operations, campaign planning, AI automation and related services, the full product suite, not a single SKU. You own pipeline, closing and coaching, and you make sure the team covers every product line as we grow. You're comfortable selling a sophisticated, AI-powered approach to CRM and operations that many buyers haven't seen before. You work closely with product and delivery so what we sell is what we can ship.
About the role
You'll grow Opman's affiliate channel: find, close and develop affiliate partnerships that drive revenue across our products. You report into sales leadership and work as part of a team that covers the full Opman suite. This is a hunter-and-builder role, partnerships, commercial terms, relationship health and pipeline, not a passive 'affiliate ops only' seat.
About the role
We're looking for a developer who uses AI as their primary toolset, not demos, not wrappers for the sake of it. You'll help build Opman's backoffice and the next generation of AI CRM: production systems that generate content, orchestrate campaigns, process data and replace manual work at scale. That means code and the intelligence layer: prompts, structured outputs, pipelines, evaluation and integrations. Your systems power real operations, product and client contexts. If you want to build AI that actually works, this is it. Malta-based.
About the role
You'll work at the intersection of data and AI-powered operations. Build models, evaluate AI system performance, surface insights and help shape how Opman's products and AI CRM make decisions. This is applied, production-grade work, campaign and automation outcomes, not academic research for its own sake.
